We wish to have positive thoughts making our company into "A corporate that does not have to have reasons to be happy." Social contribution is thought to be our mission. We aim to have societies, customers, companions, family or friends say or have an impression of “Every person in PANS seems enjoying and seems so happy.”
That is the reason why we wish every staff in PANS to have A THANKFUL HEART at all times.
It may be your strong point if you can have different perspective on a certain things.
For example, along the side of a main road, most people might say, "It’s so noisy here!" but some minority might say, "I am so blessed with ears still hearing so clearly."
Only a difference in perspective about the condition around you may bring you happiness, or sickness in the other way round.
Words that come with smiles and happiness are always, "Thank you very much!"
Making as many "Thank you so much!" as we can in this world is Pans'philosophy and mission.
This is not only the image of our staff in Pans but also the image of whom we wish to work with. When together proceeding with one or more projects, if the philosophy, direction and sense are not agreed, pressure would be felt in one another.
Some business might say, "It is business anyway, so just do it in a businesslike way!" and as times pass with the non-sentimental style, the business might not grow, and everyone ends up with bad health.
Stress is born from negative thoughts. Therefore, enjoy work as hard as you can!
We wish to work with anyone that has this kind of character.
The person that can say "Thank you" The worst relationship in work is, "I am the one that orders and you are the one that receives." Impressive work would not happen in this kind of condition, nor smiles or happiness will be seen there. The one that can GIVE and GIVE yet be thankful is whom we are fond of.
The person that treat others with consideration One that thinks, talk and take their actions in considers for others are for sure a splendid person. Working with this kind of loving person, our directing and creative work would be upgraded, and rather than receiving money, we receive a lesson about how to be a human. Always at this specific time, we want to say "Thank you so much!"
An easygoing personality with big smiles An easygoing person can have larger range of growth, and naturally gets supports from others. There are times when a group succeeds in certain things, and smiles can make your heart warm up with happiness. In the other hand, smiles are always beside charming people.
As a corporate, Pans has certain "NO or don't do".
The reason for all the Nos and Don'ts are that we wish to do works that our children would feel proud of us. We wish our kids can say, "My mom or dad does works that brings smiles and gratitude, everyday and to everyone!" That is why we do not make pamphlets for thermal power station, or make promotions/websites for new food products that contains large quantities of additives. We do not work for the profit that goes against our policy.
Be thankful from the heart and make more "thank you!" in the world is not an easy task, but certainly is a battle worth fighting for. Therefore, we wish to keep a heart of "Keep on Challenging, and less excuses!"
